an opportunity to let go of the norms of everyday life, live simply and tune into the cycles of life, big and small.
Menopause Mayhem & Magic
Whether you are years away from, in the thick of, or post menopause, it is so valuable to gather to share our stories, practice softening, develop skills and build resilience.
As well as have fun and enjoy some delightful quiet time and good company!
Enter this space with trust that you will get exactly what you need!
A weekend to gather and explore issues, challenges and opportunities of the “second spring” in a woman’s life. With menopause well behind her, GauriMa will hold space for sharing in circle, creativity, practical information & esoteric appreciation of the ride that is menopause.
harness this Journey
Over the course of the weekend you will be guided and supported to use and explore creative processes of healing and personal exploration; body work and authentic movement for physical connection; ritual to make meaning and be witnessed; rest and feasting to nourish the body and the soul; play and joy to ignite the spirit; connection to the land and an opportunity to create connections in a circle of women.
Touching into the archetypes of the Women’s Wheel of Life, menopause will be explored as a time for harvest and reclamation. GauriMa will offer information on both the physiological and spiritual potential of menopause. The weekend will be an opportunity for rest, celebration and visioning.

GauriMa
GauriMa has been working with women for 3 decades using transpersonal counselling, mythopoetic imagination and yoga to explore and support others through major life transitions.
With compassion, insight and wisdom she works with the mythical archetypes of both western and eastern philosophy to bring a richness of understanding to the ages and stages of the life cycle of women and to challenge the stories old and new that we tell ourselves.
GauriMa’s approach to life is deeply somatic and practical, and her innate power to make the esoteric everyday and relevant is potent.
With a deep and abiding love of Yuin country GauriMa is excited to be reconnecting with land and friends old and new to offer this retreat.
